Dineover Terms of Service
Updated October 4, 2026 · Dineover & Dineover Partner
These terms govern your use of Dineover and Dineover Partner, operated by TML Agency. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data. By creating an account or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
The public diner and restaurant previews use sample data and do not create real bookings or take payments. These policies also describe our connected account services.
The dining service
Dineover helps diners discover participating restaurants’ dine-in offers and reserve a table. Dineover Partner lets authorized restaurant operators manage listings, offers and reservations. Availability depends on participating restaurants, location and valid offer times. The restaurant provides the meal and is responsible for its food, premises, menu, service and applicable licences.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and use only accounts and restaurant listings you are authorized to manage. Guest browsing is available; making a reservation requires an account. Do not impersonate another person, misuse booking codes, submit fraudulent documentation or interfere with the service. We may restrict accounts or content where needed to address abuse, protect users or comply with law.
Offers and reservations
Before confirming, review the restaurant, sitting time, party size, discount percentage, eligible items, exclusions, reservation fee and cancellation terms shown for that booking. The accepted offer terms are locked to the reservation; later offer edits do not change them. Only the bill items covered by the offer receive the discount. Arrive at the reserved time and present your booking code for restaurant check-in. If you expect to be late, contact the restaurant. A booking can become a no-show after its stated arrival deadline.
Reservation fees and meal payment
Any reservation fee and its currency are shown before confirmation. The reservation fee pays for reserving an in-person restaurant table. Card payment is processed by Stripe when available. It is a one-time fee per booking, not a subscription or purchase of digital content. Pay for food and drinks directly to the restaurant. Taxes, service charges, tips and excluded items are handled according to the restaurant’s disclosed terms and applicable law. A card authorization may appear before capture and may take time for a bank to release if the booking fails. If a payment result is uncertain, check Bookings and contact support before paying again. Canadian restaurant reservation fees use CAD; US restaurant reservation fees use USD. The currency is locked to each booking; no currency conversion is implied.
Cancellation, refunds and problems
The free-cancellation deadline and eligibility are shown before reservation and retained with your booking. Cancel from Bookings. An eligible paid fee is refunded to the original payment method after provider confirmation; bank processing can take additional time. Cancellation outside the disclosed window and no-shows may not qualify for a fee refund, subject to applicable law. Deleting an account is separate from cancellation and does not automatically refund payments. If a restaurant cannot honour a confirmed table or locked discount, or you believe a fee was charged incorrectly, contact support with your booking reference so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Restaurant responsibilities and uploaded content
Restaurant operators must keep availability, menus, prices, addresses, hours, photos, exclusions and verification documents accurate; hold confirmed tables; honour accepted discounts; and train staff to redeem bookings correctly. Upload only content you own or have permission to use and share. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading or privacy-infringing material. You authorize TML Agency to host and display your listing content to operate and promote your participating restaurant. Verification documents are used privately for verification. We may remove or restrict content or listings that violate these terms. Partner access does not itself confer verification or permission to publish live offers.
Closing an account
Diners can initiate deletion in Profile after resolving upcoming reservations and ongoing visits. The Account deletion page also provides a request path without reinstalling the app. Restaurant closure must resolve reservations and handle business listing content and private uploads. We may retain legally required records and limited transaction/security information as described in the Privacy Policy. Suspension or signing out does not delete an account.
Availability and changes
Service availability can be affected by network problems, map quotas, maintenance or provider outages. We may change the service and these terms, showing an updated date and giving notice where required. Changes to general terms do not rewrite the locked offer or cancellation terms of an existing booking. We do not promise that an unfinished or unavailable feature will operate.
